WG Landscaping was founded in 1970 by our dad, Wayne Gray Sr. He built this company from the ground up with a strong work ethic, integrity, and respect for the land. What began as a traditional landscaping business has evolved over the decades to meet the growing needs of our customers.

Now proudly operating as a three-generation family-owned business, WG Landscaping specializes primarily in land clearing and hauling services. With over 50 years of experience, we handle projects of all sizes, providing quality site clearing, debris removal, and material hauling for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

Wayne oversees heavy equipment operations, crew leadership, and maintains close working relationships with many of the company’s long-standing customers. Known for his strong work ethic and practical expertise, he takes pride in delivering clean, well-graded sites that set the foundation for successful projects.

Guided by the values of honesty, faith, and family, Wayne approaches every job with integrity and respect. Alongside his brother, he carries forward the lesson their father instilled in them early on: the customer is always right. That principle continues to shape how he serves clients and leads his crew.

Tony Gray Sr

Tony specializes in land clearing and excavation. With over 36 years of hands-on experience, he brings proven leadership and practical expertise to every project.

He oversees heavy equipment operations, crew management, estimating, and job scheduling, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail. Known for his strong problem-solving skills, Tony takes pride in delivering quality results on every job.

Guided by his faith and commitment to family, Tony leads with integrity and respect. He carries forward the lesson his father taught him early on—the customer is always right—and applies it daily in how he serves clients and manages projects.
